By accessing or using the NumaEarth website (numaearth.online) or the Number Puzzle mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NumaEarth provides a free-to-play number puzzle game available on the web browser and as an Android mobile application on Google Play. The Service includes Classic Mode, Time Challenge Mode, Daily Challenge Mode, Achievements, and Statistics tracking.

3. License to Use

NumaEarth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Service.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use any automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NumaEarth does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NumaEarth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if NumaEarth has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
